For adults, problems or difficulties at work are often triggers for stress. Short-term or long-term stress can lead to health and emotional problems; it is therefore important that people use their free time to relax and to relieve their stress. It is especially important in such situations that we engage in activities that are not related to what causes the stress. This means that in our free time we should not deal with themes relating to work or school, for example

How one relaxes differs from person to person. Some find it relaxing to participate in sports. Others, for instance, prefer to read a book. In order to relax, a suitable place should be available.
