Question for this station: Should Godorf Harbour be developed?

Hi! Are you having a look at the harbours? I am here to visit a good friend of mine, she just moved to an apartment right next to Niehl Harbour. It was not easy to find decent accommodation here. In many areas, the noise and the smell in the vicinity of the harbour are rather unpleasant, and the view is not so pleasant either.
