Question for this station: Should Godorf Harbour be developed?

Welcome to Niehl harbour! The Rhine is truly an economic magnet and important not only for Cologne, but for the rest of Europe. The harbours of Cologne constitute the second largest internal harbour facility in Germany! For Cologne, the harbours are one of the most important economic factors with an annual turnover of over 100 million Euros. There are plans to develop the harbours. This results, of course, in conflicts of interest between the groups who would be affected by this development! But where does one set the priorities here?
